"The quality of the drink coasters is great. They look terrific." – Dale M.
"I am impressed with the quality of Shelley's compositions, color choices, edge treatment, value range, depiction of subject matter - with just the right amount of detail to make me want to stay in the painting, while subtly nudging me back to the focal point. Shelley provides prompt responses to e-mails and detailed answers to questions about her work. She even went beyond the questions I asked to provide suggestions on framing and presentation for the prints I was purchasing. Shelley shows her passion for her work, is a wonderful communicator, and from the first time we met at a city art fair on a warm summer day, I felt like I was talking to an old friend." – Andy Getch
"To me, Shelley Smith presents a personal expectation of quality in her art, with regard to color, depth and composition - originals are professionally custom-framed and have always included a Certificate of Authenticity - the subject and/or concentration is reflected in each piece’s thoughtful name - all of these factors enhance my attraction to Shelley’s original art. She also takes the time, getting to know her collectors, including understanding their interests, their attraction to her art, and each artwork’s final destination for display. Shelley’s work is timeless, not temporary or that of a passing fad. Last, but not least, we’ve enjoyed Shelley’s strong focus on customer service, from hand-written 'thank you' notes to providing careful packaging and 'in person' delivery whenever possible to preserve every detail of her art." – Donna Bernabei
"When I first approached Shelley about purchasing one of her pieces, she encouraged me to look at images of her prints online. I was already familiar with Shelley’s work through Facebook, but I took the opportunity to take a second look. I chose the limited edition print, “Synchronicity," because I related to the scene. The print was a gift to my brother, and he and I had refinished a 1958 runabout boat. The water, the boats, and the imagery appealed to me. Being able to relate to the artist made the print more special, and I enjoyed sharing that aspect of the gift with my brother who greatly appreciated it. One special touch was the frame. Shelley recommended a frame style, evoking a sense of water, which further enhanced the work. The frame adds to the beauty of the print. I continue to enjoy the print, and I am glad I made the investment." — Gary Lowery
