Buy a fine art open edition print of the A-frame gas station off I-76 near the Mile-High Flea Market in Denver, Colorado.
The A-Frame gas station intrigues me as its design itself is trying to attract customers' attention; hence, the name "A is for Attention." I often wonder what sign was on the very tippy top of the roof. Perhaps it boldly declared GAS!? Add to this all the amenities it contained: gas station, garage, convenience store, lounge and cafe. Could one more revenue stream be added to this character? Yes, stories from my art festival visitors reveal it was also a topless bar! Copyright © Shelley Smith A/K/A Spunky Bohemian.
